We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in either Gothenburg or Stockholm. In this role, you’ll work with private-sector clients, focusing on those with products in GRC and ESG. You’ll manage a wide range of customer relationships and help clients navigate regulatory frameworks while driving value through our platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or systems science.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
- Fluent in Swedish with excellent English skills.
