Associate Territory Manager - Trauma - Canberra

We're looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Trauma team in Canberra. This is a hands-on role where things move quickly, and you'll support surgeons in theatre while learning our Trauma portfolio in depth and building the commercial skills to grow your territory over time.

Requirements

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
• Build meaningful relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff
• Partner with your Territory Manager on business planning and account strategy
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across your region
• Deliver education and in-servicing to hospital teams
• Manage instruments, set preparation and case logistics
• Stay across new products, techniques and industry developments
