Sales Representative- Northeastern PA- Communications

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Communications Business. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to help make healthcare better by connecting groundbreaking technology and improved patient outcomes. You will work in a field-based role, promoting and selling Stryker Communications products, and educating and informing doctors, nurses, and staff personnel on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in an outside sales position (medical related experience preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of five (5) years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience that includes operating room experience
• Ability to negotiate price and terms of transactions between Stryker and its customers
• Fundamental understanding of all products and ability to disseminate this knowledge to customers
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate with large groups of people and via telephone and electronic means
• Ability to operate common office equipment

Benefits

• Base/Draw + commission: $96k and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits
• Travel Percentage: None
• Up to 20% overnight travel annually
