The Senior Manager, Customer Excellence will be responsible for evolving and executing the Customer Excellence and Professional Affairs strategy for the Sports Medicine division, encompassing all aspects of surgeon consultant engagement and partnership management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of work experience
- 7+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience
- Experience developing strategic communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Managing customer-facing programs, events, or educational experiences for surgeons
- Experience working with Surgeons, KOL or Clinical influencers
