Job Description
Studs is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of the Studio's retail and piercing operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and a strong team culture. The role requires a passion for delivering results through people and a commitment to customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience (e.g., Store Manager, General Manager, Studio Manager)
- Proven success leading a team of 7+ employees
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift/move at least 20 lbs
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and creative problem-solving approach
