Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help companies grow by making learning more accessible and effective. You will build strong relationships with customers, develop strategies to optimize their learning strategy, and work closely with various teams to implement customer needs.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or customer service
- Completed (university) degree, completed apprenticeship, or comparable qualification
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
- Experience working with digital products and SaaS solutions
- Adaptable and able to handle changes
