As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our German customers and partners, supporting users with technical questions, providing feedback for improving our product, and working closely with colleagues to build Studytube in Germany.
Requirements
- Fluent German and very good English language skills
- Experience in a service-oriented position, ideally in the SaaS field
- Structured, solution-oriented, and able to maintain a clear overview with multiple tasks
- Highly communicative, empathetic, and able to build trust with customers
- Technical understanding and willingness to learn new systems and features
- Flexible and willing to take over implementation tasks as needed
