Founding Account Manager

Stuut is transforming accounts receivable for B2B companies by making collections smarter and faster. We're hiring a Founding Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our most strategic enterprise and midmarket customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or post-sales roles in SaaS, fintech, or automation
• Highly organized and experienced managing multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously
• Understanding of implementations and technical integrations (ERPs, APIs, data workflows)
• Excellent relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Data-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable owning customer KPIs
