Ravenswood Primary School is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support staff during staff planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) and school absence. The role involves providing classroom support to raise standards of achievement and collaborating with teachers to create a positive learning environment. It's a permanent position, subject to availability.

Requirements

• Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience working in a primary school setting
• Experience delivering whole class and group teaching
• Confident classroom management skills
• Understanding of children's learning and adaptable
