Product Operations Manager

We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to help supercharge how we bring innovation to life at SugarCRM. In this role, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our Product Management organization — ensuring that ideas move smoothly from concept to delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology company.
• Deep familiarity with tools like Pendo, Productboard, Aha!, and Jira or similar product management tools.
• Proven ability to implement and optimize processes that improve team efficiency and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills — with a knack for simplifying complexity.
• Analytical mindset with experience creating reports and KPIs for product and delivery performance.
• A proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership from start to finish.
