Job Description
This Store Manager position requires an organized, strategic, and proactive individual with excellent customer service skills. The role focuses on achieving sales and service targets, maintaining operational excellence, and identifying areas for improvement within the store. This is an ownership role, reporting directly to Human Resources.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service/clienteling skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service management role
- Strong leadership skills, able to coach/motivate team
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
