Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years managing and scaling teams in high-growth early stage startups
• Deep integrations experience across industries
• Strong system design skills
• Hands-on coding in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript
• CI/CD and cloud expertise
• Security and compliance knowledge: HIPAA and SOC 2
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience at a Series A or B AI or healthcare startup
• Working knowledge of ML, AI, and LLMs
