Job Description
Kilgore, a Summit Materials company, is seeking a Foreman for their Box Elder County pit in Aggregates. The role involves providing leadership, directing hourly team operations, ensuring safety and production, and maintaining plant quality. Responsibilities include operating plant equipment, conducting inspections, and managing production reports.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- MSHA certification
- 1-2 years of previous quarry/mining experience (preferred)
- Previous experience with different curshing operations
- 2 or more years of experience with plan maintenance/preventive maintenance
- Experience leading a team
- Experience with Microsoft platforms (Power BI, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to pass a DOT 5-Panel Drug Screen
- Fit for Duty Baseline Physical
