Loader Operator - Box Elder County-UT

Summit Materials is seeking a mechanically inclined and safety-oriented Loader Operator to operate front end loaders at their new Box Elder County location. The role is heavily dependent on team player skills and the willingness to contribute to plant operations and maintenance. Operators will assist with daily production, perform maintenance, inspect areas for safety hazards, and follow company safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in operating a diverse range of large aggregate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, loaders)
• Knowledge of welding and general mechanics preferred
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and safety regulations
• Deep understanding of MSHA Regulations
• High school education or GED equivalent
