Patient Coordinator

Patient Coordinator position at Summit Orthopedics, responsible for managing clinical support coordination, scheduling appointments, and providing non-clinical activities to support patient care. Full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Requirements

• Answer and respond to patient phone calls
• Manage team voicemail and email
• Triage patient phone calls
• Manage physician daily schedules and clinic and surgery schedules
• Coordinate patient care between team members and other departments
• Communicate information to patients and staff
• Maintain and complete worklist
• Enter physician orders into electronic medical record
• Complete patient forms and provide information packets
