Mechanic Maintenance

Perform routine, emergency and preventive maintenance work on office and plant equipment, machines and building facilities. Assist in maintaining plant security, maintain equipment and tools, and dispose of waste materials. Calibrate equipment as needed and keep work areas clean.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and write and do simple arithmetic
• Working knowledge of mechanics
• Ability to read blueprints and sketches
• Knowledge of pipe fitting, electrical wiring, and general mechanics
