Job Description
Pine Ridge is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of Sun’s communities. This role involves home/building maintenance repairs, cleanliness upkeep, and providing excellent customer service to residents. Responsibilities include inspecting irrigation, repairing systems, performing lawn care, and ensuring public safety.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months in previous maintenance experience in apartment/manufactured housing (preferred)
- 6 months in snow removal experience (preferred)
- 6 months in general maintenance techniques and repair work (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to work on a call schedule
