Job Description
Sun Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity of its communities by performing routine and preventative maintenance. This role involves repairing and keeping property grounds, facilities, and equipment clean and in good condition. Technicians provide excellent customer service and work within a team setting. The position is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for residents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months in previous maintenance experience (Preferred)
- 6 months in snow removal experience (Preferred)
- 6 months in demonstrated knowledge of and broad experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work an on-call schedule
