Resort Groundskeeper

Resort Groundskeepers perform daily landscaping maintenance, snow removal, and ensure resort quality and guest satisfaction. Duties include lawn care, weed control, snow removal, trash removal, vehicle maintenance, and assisting with light maintenance. The role involves teamwork, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining resort appearance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months in previous groundskeeping experience in the resort industry (Preferred)
• Demonstrated knowledge of and broad experience in general grounds maintenance techniques
• Ability to endure seasonal temperatures
• Proficient skills in operating various hand tools and power equipment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Read legible written reports
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
