Job Description
Resort Maintenance Technicians perform routine and preventative maintenance on resorts, ensuring building integrity, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. They repair and maintain buildings, landscaping, and utility systems, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves cleaning, landscaping, minor repairs, and adhering to Sun's aesthetic standards.
Requirements
- Empty trash, shovel, perform maintenance or repair duties, use power equipment, drills or other hand tools
- Complete minor repairs to rental units and facilities as needed
- Inspect irrigation system regularly
- Inspect playground area, pools/spa area, and other recreational amenities
- Maintain vacant sites
- Removes snow from community streets
- Inspect RVs, park models, and mobile homes for cleanliness and damage
- Maintain resort vehicles and equipment
- Follow safety procedures
- Assist Resort Manager with supervision
- Report maintenance issues
- Maintain resort amenities
- Work independently and as a team
