Resort Maintenance Supervisor

Resort Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for the overall upkeep of resort grounds, facilities, streets, and equipment. They supervise a team of maintenance professionals and ensure efficient, thorough work completion, including water testing, maintenance of clubhouses, and safe installations. The role involves coordinating team members and adhering to safety procedures.

Requirements

• Follows-up on work assignments.
• Performs water testing and other maintenance duties.
• Assists with property maintenance and repairs.
• Oversees on-site contractors.
• Maintains vehicle/equipment maintenance logs.
• Coordinates team member selection and development.
• Prioritizes and resolves service requests.
• Coordinates Emergency Maintenance.
