Requirements
- Follows-up on work assignments.
- Performs water testing and other maintenance duties.
- Assists with property maintenance and repairs.
- Oversees on-site contractors.
- Maintains vehicle/equipment maintenance logs.
- Coordinates team member selection and development.
- Prioritizes and resolves service requests.
- Coordinates Emergency Maintenance.
