We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Director, Strategy and Communications. This pivotal role will drive strategic initiatives and lead internal communications efforts to advance Sun Life's digital and technology priorities, with a focus on our Canadian business.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in communications and strategy roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Bilingual (English, French)
- Understanding of technology trends and digital transformation
- Experience in developing engaging digital internal content strategies
- Experience with multimedia communications, including video or graphic design
- Experience with preparing executives for a variety of speaking engagement styles (e.g panel, keynote, breakout facilitation)
- Familiarity with Agile/Digital leadership environments
