Director, Strategy and Communications, Digital & Client Technology Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Director, Strategy and Communications. This pivotal role will drive strategic initiatives and lead internal communications efforts to advance Sun Life's digital and technology priorities, with a focus on our Canadian business.

Requirements

• Experienced Communications leader with internal communications and multi-channel expertise
• Strong business acumen and understanding of technology trends and industry best practices
• Strong story telling skills and an eye for graphic design to support the delivery of impactful communications campaigns
• Self-starter with a proactive ability to initiate integrated communications plans, to own execution and measure results across multiple channels
• A proven strategic ability to lead a team to plan, prioritize and collaborate with cross-functional team to meet tight deadlines and deliver measurable results
• Ability to manage and coach team members to help them grow and develop
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, strategic thinking and project management skills
