Unit DON/ Unit Manager (SNF) - RN

Sunnyside Nursing and Post-Acute Care is seeking a Unit Director of Nursing/Unit Manager (RN or LVN) to lead a 60-bed skilled nursing unit. The role involves daily monitoring of resident conditions, coordinated care, risk management, and resident and family concerns. The company provides individualized care for patients and a comfortable atmosphere within a nursing home setting.

Requirements

• Current and active California LVN or RN License
• Two year experience in nursing supervision in a skilled nursing facility/long term care
• Great working knowledge of PCC
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
