Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Care Manager to provide high-quality care and services to residents and families in their assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. The Care Manager will ensure residents' safety and comfort, adhering to the mission of championing quality of life for all seniors and following regulations. This role involves resident care, communication, participation in team activities, and promoting the best possible living conditions.

Requirements

• Review and document resident information.
• Participate in Daily Log creation and updates.
• Follow appropriate procedures for resident safety.
• Maintain a positive environment for residents.
• Provide meal service and assist with dining needs.
• Respond to emergencies and reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
