CNA / Personal Care Assistant

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Care Manager to provide high-quality care and services to residents in assisted living and long term care neighborhoods. This role involves resident care, physical and emotional support, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), while adhering to Sunrise’s Mission of championing quality of life for seniors. The Care Manager is responsible for implementing Individualized Service Plans and collaborating with the team to enhance resident well-being.

Requirements

• Review and document resident information.
• Participate in resident's ISP updates.
• Participate in daily meetings and training.
• Maintain resident's room cleanliness and safety.
