Requirements

• Review and document daily logs of resident information.
• Participate in the development of ISP and monthly updates.
• Observe and document resident symptoms and conditions.
• Respond to resident needs and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain and clean resident's rooms.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
