Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Care Manager to provide high-quality care and services to residents. The Care Manager will be responsible for resident care, documentation, communication with families and the team, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. They will also participate in team events and contribute to Sunrise's mission of championing quality of life for seniors.

Requirements

• Review and document daily activities and symptoms of residents.
• Participate in the development of the ISP and monthly updates.
• Communicate with families and adhere to infection control procedures.
• Maintain safety regulations and perform risk management.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry services.
