Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse to provide resident health and well-being through monitoring, care, and resident education. The role involves ensuring quality care, assisting with medication administration, communication, and documenting patient needs. Requirements
- Graduate of approved college/school of nursing
- Current state/provincial license as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment
