Wellness Nurse LPN LVN

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse LPN/LVN to monitor the health and well-being of residents, provide care and service assistance, and lead and support team member health. The role involves medication management, resident evaluations, communication with families, and maintaining clinical quality assurance. Requirements

• Graduate of approved college/school of nursing
• Maintains current state/provincial license as a Professional Licensed Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing practices and techniques
• Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills and Sunrise applications
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours
