Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative - Industrial Distribution

Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to provide support and develop relationships with customers and sales teams in a dynamic and diverse work environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in inside sales/customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales/customer service
• Associates/Technical degree preferred
• Inside sales experience in manufacturing or industrial distribution environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Email, and vendor pricing programs
• Working experience with Trend (CRM) a plus
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and mechanical aptitude
