We are looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our growing Marketing team. You will own the analysis and reporting for our marketing team, partner closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, and the rest of Marketing to ensure that our marketing programs are measurable, optimized, and aligned with revenue goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or analytics roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and recommend improvements
- Strong understanding of marketing/sales funnel and the ability to analyze conversions at all stages
- Experience managing data across CRM and MAP environments (HubSpot / Salesforce)
- Understanding of B2B SaaS businesses, ideally in vertical SaaS
- Experience with Product Led Growth metrics such as activation, conversion, retention
- Strong skills with Excel, Google Sheets or similar
- Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-led startup environment
