HR Operations Specialist

We're looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our International Employee Experience team. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing, supporting contract administration, and providing operational support on employee relations matters.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience delivering payroll operations in a multi-country European environment
• Strong experience working with external payroll providers as well as internal payroll processes
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience using SuccessFactors and/or Workday
• Solid understanding of employee relations fundamentals and payroll-related legal and compliance requirements
