HR Operations Specialist Western Europe

We're looking for an HR Operations Specialist to partner with our team to bring exciting people initiatives to life. As our business grows, we're expanding our Employee experience team and seeking someone to work across Western Europe.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working in an international, multi-country organization
• Solid HR Operations / HR Administration experience across multiple countries
• Strong experience in employment contract administration and employee documentation
• Experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Experience administering employee benefits
• Fluent in written and spoken English (Spanish is a strong advantage)
• Experience using SuccessFactors and/or Workday
