Job Description
Spree is seeking a Marketing Director to drive the growth of their community and brand within the Web3 rewards and finance ecosystem. This role will focus on developing marketing strategies, building a community, and establishing Spree as a leading rewards infrastructure solution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Web3 marketing and a passion for decentralized systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in senior leadership
- Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions in Web3/crypto companies
- Strong understanding of Web3 marketing techniques and channels (Discord, Twitter/X, Telegram, etc.)
- Fluency in B2B, B2B2C and B2C marketing strategies
- Active participant in crypto communities
- Data-driven approach to marketing with experience in analytics
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept through completion
- Natural bias toward action and ability to move quickly
- Network of relationships with crypto media, KOLs, and ecosystem partners
