Job Description
Superside is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to join their Revenue Operations team, specializing in sales operations. The role is instrumental in driving operational excellence, process optimization, revenue forecasting, and analytics across the sales organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within a scaling B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record supporting multi-segment, multi-geo sales organizations
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and related sales tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models, interpret complex data, and extract clear insights
- Exceptional project management and change management capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels
