Job Description
UXBERT Labs is seeking a QA Developer Manager to lead a team of QA engineers and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. The role involves managing remote teams, allocating resources, maintaining automation frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and maintain automated testing processes. The position focuses on driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years in QA
- 3+ years in a QA Lead/Manager role
- Proven experience managing remote teams
- Strong automation skills with frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Detox, Selenium, or similar
- Hands-on experience with API testing and mobile app testing (iOS/Android)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and ITIL processes
- Strong understanding of digital and mobile product lifecycles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Arabic fluency (Saudi/GCC client environment)
