The role involves leading a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, overseeing the software development lifecycle, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This position focuses on maintaining a high-quality development process and cutting-edge technology.
Requirements
- Bachelors or masters degree; or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in software application development, deployment, and integration.
- Strong application development knowledge of Python, JavaScript, React, PHP, Android, Swift, Kafka, MongoDB.
- Engineering practice experience, including code refactoring, design patterns, CI/CD, application security.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (GIT, CI/CD), toolchains.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
