Requirements
- Excellent English (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of various data platforms, including Microsoft, Google, AWS, Azure, and on-premises databases
- Prior experience in technical support
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data connectivity issues across multiple environments
- Analytical & research skills
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
