Job Description
Services for the UnderServed provides residential and support services to individuals with special needs, including behavior intervention. The BIS will assess, monitor, and provide direct behavior analysis to minimize disruption and promote self-determination, empowering individuals to solve problems and meet challenges. The role requires team collaboration and strong communication skills, fostering a respectful and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Assess and monitor challenging behaviors
- Develop Behavior Support Plan (BSP)
- Coordinate with IDT team and obtain HRC approval
- Track psychiatry appointments and provide referrals
- Provide training on BSPs
