Job Description
S:US is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in live fulfilling lives in a safe environment. The role offers flexible scheduling, union benefits, and internal promotion opportunities. The position supports clients in maintaining skills, providing nourishment, and assisting with basic needs while providing proper care and training.
Requirements
- Provide habilitation services to clients as prescribed.
- Assist clients in skill development (activities of daily living, domestic living, recreation, etc.).
- Administer medication as assigned, adhering to medical policies.
- Ensure clients’ nutritional needs are met.
- Report identified deficiencies and potential facility problems.
