Job Description
S:US is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a safe and supportive environment. The role involves providing habilitation services, assisting clients with daily living skills, and ensuring their nutritional needs are met. This is an entry-level position within the organization, offering flexible scheduling and potential for internal promotion.
Requirements
- Provide habilitation services to clients as prescribed in their service plans.
- Assist clients with skill development in activities of daily living, domestic living, recreation, and socialization.
- Administer medication as directed and in compliance with policies.
- Report any observed/known deficiencies to management.
