Job Description
S:US is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide habilitation services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a safe environment. The role involves skill development, medication administration, nutritional assistance, and reporting facility issues. It offers flexible scheduling and internal promotion opportunities.
Requirements
- Provide habilitation services to each client as prescribed.
- Assist clients in developing skills in areas like activities of daily living, domestic living, recreation, and socialization.
- Administer medication as assigned and according to policies.
- Ensure clients' nutritional needs are met.
- Report any observed/known deficiencies or facility problems.
