Job Description
S:US is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a safe environment. This role involves providing habilitation services, assisting clients with daily living skills, and potentially administering medications as directed by medical professionals and nursing staff. They offer flexible scheduling, benefits, and a 10% internal promotion rate.
Requirements
- Provide habilitation services to clients.
- Assist clients with skill development (activities of daily living, etc.).
- Administer medication as prescribed.
- Ensure clients’ nutritional needs are met.
- Report any identified deficiencies to management.
