Job Description
This Developmental Disabilities (DD) Nursing Professional Roles (LPN) position involves coordinating all aspects of resident care, including medical/psychiatric care, medication management, documentation, and communication with families, managers, and staff. The role emphasizes competency, training, and ensuring patient safety and well-being in a supportive environment. It's a full-time position based in Jamaica Estates, NY.
Requirements
- New York State License Nurse
- Two+ years LPN experience
- Minimum of One year experience in community health care services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to provide crisis intervention
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) speaking preferred
