Job Description
S:US is seeking a Maintenance Worker for their Central Maintenance division in New York, NY. The position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, performing minor repairs, and assisting with special events.
Requirements
- At least one year of maintenance & cleaning experience in a large residential or program setting
- Must possess good interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred
- Beneficial for candidate to have experience working within a Supportive Housing setting
