Maintenance Worker

Provide quality cleanliness oversight to assigned building(s) and perform maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and snow removal. Assist staff with special events and maintain building maintenance tools and machinery.

Requirements

• At least one year of maintenance & cleaning experience in a large residential or program setting.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.
• Beneficial for candidate to have experience working within a Supportive Housing setting.
