Job Description
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will be an integral part of a dynamic team of high caliber, passionate professionals working to advance and improve healthcare practices and outcomes.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in New York State and credentialed by the State to practice as an advanced Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in psychiatry.
- Must be registered as a NY State Medicaid provider.
- Must have a DEA# and an individual NPI #.
- Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
