Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our ACT team in New York. The nurse will provide person-centered care to adults with persistent mental illness, assist with medication management, and communicate with other medical providers. The nurse will also educate team members on psychiatric symptoms and medication side effects, and work with clients to develop strategies to maximize medication adherence.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered RN with in the state of New York
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel
- Ability to research material via the internet
