Job Description
S:US is seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide daily care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a safe and supportive environment. The position involves supervising Direct Support Professionals, maintaining facility conditions, managing client and agency funds, and ensuring appropriate follow-up for medication administration. The role offers flexible scheduling and internal promotion potential.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience in MR/DD or related field
- AMAP/SCIP-R/CPR/First Aid Certified
- Valid NYS driver’s license
